Ancona Realty's Team had the honor to take on a tour of this amazing new development from Parque Towers. 

First impression? it is wow. There you have it. The end.

Overall, great qualities so far, but what is the downside, or what's the catch? There is no catch & there is no factual downside. The reality is, towers are being located one block away from the beach for a reason. That could be considered a downside for someone, as you cannot feel the sand on your feet at all times. 

Parque Towers's developer knew in-depth their competitors. Therefore, being located between the bay and the city - offers immaculate city skylines at night time, compared to a big and dark window on the ultra-expensive condos located right on the shoreline. 

I noticed the tasteful finishes, high-quality design, appliances, and effort that it shows. The floor plans are definitely making a difference, offering a sublime layout. The units feel vastly spacious, having options to choose between a duplex, a villa-style, a condo-style, and all with lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, equipped with a private pool or jacuzzi, and more. 

Living at Parque must be felt to be understood, the lifestyle is vibrant, the city is active and the ocean breeze compliments the location. 

The prices are affordable considering that the most expensive unit is $6,280,000 but there are other options available on the lower end. 

Parque Towers are certainly a considerable option when choosing to live in Sunny Isles Beach. When you want the location and the lifestyle but you don't mind the beach not being at your front door, therefore paying less is a serious matter when comes to 6-star services.
