Arriving at Prive, was the most memorable experience I had in a long time. Welcomed by the security guard on the 2 previous gates, then taking the private road towards your own bridge, eventually the drive through the South tower and then at the North Tower where being welcomed with so much professionalism by your buttler, parking your car while you get escorted to the 5 star concierge for further assistance if needed. I've been places and in different properties but for some reason this one felt more genuine, more like "Home" it felt right and made me feel special, treated the right way, exactly the way you would deserve, living in a 9.4 million dollar penthouse. Lots of smiles and good energy around.

As I entered the lobby I was amazed by the 30 feet high ceilings and custom designs in the furniture, state of the art gallery and the indoor HARDING enfold sculpture on loan from Privé developer with straight- ahead intracoastal views.

With a Private elevator and foyer, right from the entrance in the PENTHOUSE you will notice the 15 feet tall ceilings on both levels plus the floor to ceiling windows that are definitely making an enormous difference in the overall brightness and space in the penthouse. 

The layout is designed to experience both sunrises and sunsets in the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas.
